With the Coronavirus pandemic Otros Caminos is also working at home. Some of us stay in Granada but my family decided to move to our house in the mountains in the Alpujarras (Sierra Nevada Nature Park). We thought it would be much better to stay in a small rural mountain village at 1000 meters above sea level.
And we made a good decision, it is nice to be close to nature, even if you only can watch it from your window! And as it looks that we will have to stay here for quite some time, I have the opportunity now to witness how nature changes bit by bit. The fig tree shows already small figs, the cherry tree is blooming, and the birds jump from one branch to another. But what I like most is the view from the second floor over the beautiful valley, from where I made this picture with the rainbow to remind us that there is hope and light to follow even after dark times. So, soon we can put on our walking shoes again and enjoy a pleasant hike in good company!
